Why Getty Images used the Sales Made Simple system

In 2006, Getty Images decided to implement a Microsoft Enterprise CRM system for its global sales team.

The issue was that their 3,000+ global sales team based in 32 countries used different sales processes, if they used any process at all. This meant that shared learning using the CRM system would never be properly tracked or reported on.
